How do I save something?

Use Save to BeDrop from the iOS share sheet, or add a link, image, or text directly inside BeDrop.

Where is my library stored?

The current version stores your BeDrop library locally on your device and does not include BeDrop cloud sync.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open BeDrop Pro from Settings, then select Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do Private items work?

Private items require your selected Face ID, Touch ID, or BeDrop passcode before they are shown. The feature hides access within BeDrop and is not separate file encryption.

When contacting support, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, BeDrop version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not email private saved content.
